The room was well-maintained and looked huge. It had a kitchenette area and coffee if needed:)))

It was surely a great stay for a night to explore Brisbane CBD and to get to the airport the next morning. My room was huge and big thanks to the kind staff. The location was favourable and excellent, close to Brisbane for whatever reason, airport, city, plenty, and food outlets, supermarket...

Close proximity to the airport staff took care of us when a rowdy beer drinking crowd on the patio outside our door became noisy. We were moved from a very small austere room to a larger room with room to open our suitcases and move around freely Handy to shopping for emergency needs personnel at the desk were helpful when they were available
Front desk was closed parts of the day and after 1900 hours until 0700 hours. When help was needed to get instructions to set the alarm clock, nobody was available. The person listed for night contacts was unable to help and did not seem to want to try very hard. There were no instructions on setting the clock in the room. The poster on the wall showing escape routes from fire was for room #22 not 23--small detail but if one were to look at it in an emergency, it might become an issue. an elevator for bags would have been nice

Surprisingly Better Than Expected! the twin room looked kinda meh in the photos, but it was actually really impressive when we got there. They even hooked us up with a kitchen and coffee ☕.

This motel is quite convenient if wanting to use it for an overnight stay when flying as it is close to the airport. We checked in after the office was closed but had no trouble obtaining our key from their outside safe. You just have to be sure if checking in after 8pm to notify them beforehand and they will give you the combination. The room was clean and the shower was great. Bed comfy and the linen was very soft.Tea and coffee facilities and even a biscuit supplied. I would certainly stay there again.

It was a clean and comfortable motel, conveniently close to the airport for our early morning flight. The staff were friendly and helpful and it was just a 5 minute walk to some restaurants for dinner.

The room was clean and had a bathroom, and they provided tea and coffee, it exceeded my expectations and I would definitely stay here again.

The only positive was its proximity to the Brisbane airport.
The area was noisy, the fixtures in the room very old and the ambience not friendly. I won't stay there again.

Would you please pass our thanks on to the young lady who cleaned and serviced Room 4 while we were there. This dear young lady did more than was expected of her in caring and help. Margaret Croxford Appreciate the upgrade re painting etc. and wish you well in the future.
Didn't feel comfortable walking to local eating places because of noisy traffic and the area - wouldn't have done it on my own. The walls seem very thin between rooms 3 & 4 and you can hear more than you need to. Margaret.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
